Letters from Mother Christmas is a personalised letter service based in the United Kingdom. By placing an order with us you agree to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please contact us at hello@lettersfrommotherchristmas.com before ordering.
We offer personalised, hand-crafted letters written by Mother Christmas and delivered by post to the address you provide. Letters are sent monthly for the duration of your chosen plan (six months or twelve months). Each letter is written on aged parchment, wax-sealed, and posted in a keepsake envelope.
Letters are personalised using the information you provide at checkout, including the child's name, age, birthday month, and any additional notes. The quality and magic of each letter is our highest priority.
All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK postage. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. We do not offer payment plans at this time.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Letters are currently delivered within the United Kingdom only. We post each letter at the start of the month specified in your order. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery after the dispatch date.
We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other postal services. If a letter is lost in the post, please contact us and we will do our best to resend it.
It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is correct. We cannot be held responsible for letters sent to an incorrectly entered address.
Because each letter is personally written for the child, we are unable to offer refunds once letters have been written and dispatched. However, we want every family to be happy with their purchase.
If you wish to cancel your order before any letters have been sent, please contact us within 14 days of ordering and we will issue a full refund. After letters have been dispatched, no refund can be given for those letters already sent.

The personalisation notes you provide are used solely to make the letters more magical for the child. We will not include any content that is inappropriate, offensive, or misleading. We reserve the right to use our discretion when incorporating personalisation notes.
Please ensure all information provided (name, age, address) is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for errors arising from incorrect information supplied at checkout.
All letters, designs, and content produced by Letters from Mother Christmas remain our intellectual property. The letters are for the personal enjoyment of the recipient and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without our written permission.
We take great care with every order. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Orders placed before a change in terms will be fulfilled under the terms in place at the time of ordering.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
